Diet
No we don't mean starve yourself to fit into a dress 2 sizes too small. We mean be aware of what you eat. Ensure you get your '5 a day', eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. We'd also not recommend cutting out major food groups - your diet should consist of a structured amount of all major food types, including carbohydrates and protein. You may however, choose to alter how you eat these food groups - in the Health and Slimming (find it in the menu, left) section of Wedding To Plan we discuss this further.
